"The claims made by these reports are completely baseless and no part of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) will be confidential," the Iranian negotiator said on Friday on condition of anonymity.
The negotiator added that if a comprehensive deal over Tehran’s nuclear program is reached, all of its documents and related annexes will be released to the public.
The New-York based Bloomberg News in a report on Thursday said, "important details of the nuclear agreement President Barack Obama says would bring unprecedented transparency to Iran's nuclear program will themselves be shrouded from the US and Iranian publics."
The report went on to add that several people familiar with the negotiations "told us that there are likely to be certain elements of the complicated agreement to relax sanctions in exchange for inspections of Iran's nuclear infrastructure that would have to be kept from public view."
Representatives from Iran and the 5+1 group are currently working together in the Austrian capital, Vienna, to finalize the text of a possible deal over the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program by July 7.
